Item Description
12.5x20x4" deep box contains unused set by Mego ©1976 National Periodical Publications Inc. #62110. Box is nicely illustrated by Neal Adams on three side panels w/photo of the toy set up on back panel. For use w/series of 3-3/4" tall "Comic Action Heroes" action figures. Box front panel has 2" punch through from inner contents, back panel has deep gouge inside which shows on back panel about 5" long, small litho loss on one side panel, small tape pull on top flap and light shelf wear. Box is VG but displays much better. Nicely designed set includes Superman's Fortress of Solitude and exploding door w/activator. Set is missing Superman CAH figure but contains original bag for figure. Activator, chairs, door and table are still sealed in original plastic bags and complete w/instruction sheet, unused decal sheet (which has tear in largest decal). Activator holder has one broken tab which is missing. Otherwise contents are Exc. and unused. Gary Keller Collection.
