Item Description
2.25" button by Parisian with metal back and fixed horizontal pin. Front has celluloid over slot holding cardboard with pencil name "S.F. Ney." Text on the button reads "Third Brewing Exposition/Oct. 8th-13th/Grand Central Palace-New York." Button is NM and displays Mint and the only example we've seen. Button comes with short article photocopied from Brooklyn Daily Eagle September 16, 1934. Article calls the event "The Country's Largest Brewing Exposition" and concludes products will be presented "To The 5,000 Brewers And Brewing Experts Who Are To Be Gathered In New York During That Week For The Greatest Conclave In Brewing History." Rare.
