Item Description
Lot of three cast iron cap guns. Matching pair of 7" long "Westo" guns by Kenton as noted by stamped name under non-moving bullet cylinder. 1936. Single shot cap gun uses Mammoth caps. Raised "Westo" name on each side of frame above grips w/original white paint. Grips are missing red jewels from circular area above grips. Both work, one a bit sluggish. Dark finish appears to have had copper finish highlights, only a bit remains. Hammer/cap areas have oxidation. Fine overall. 6" long nickel-plated cast iron "Bigger Bang" cap gun has large hammer area and striker plate to accommodate Mammoth caps. Kilgore, 1930. Cocks and fires, appears to have had little to no use. Exc.
