Item Description
Pair of BLBs, both versions of Whitman #1146, ©1935 Sidney Smith. BLBs feature alternating text pages and single panel pictures. Story and art by "The Gumps" creator Sidney Smith. First is regular BLB version which has some minor rubs but o/w has never been fully opened. Pages are evenly aged to cream in color. NM. Superior, high grade example. Second is premium softcover version w/title stamped on first and last blank pages. Cover shows lt. wear w/faint creases, but still a VF example w/pages evenly aged to cream in color. Scarce.
