Item Description
Two of the three Green Hornet BTLB titles published by Whitman. Titles/numbers/dates include - "The Green Hornet Returns" #1496 (Flip Book) ©1941, "The Green Hornet Cracks Down" #1480 (Flip Book) ©1942. All were adapted from stories by Green Hornet creator Fran Striker. "The Green Hornet Cracks Down" features art by Henry E. Vallely. Scattered corner tip/edge wear w/even aging to cover of "The Green Hornet Returns," which has inkstamp inside front cover and on first page. "The Green Hornet Cracks Down" has store price sticker on first page. Bindings of both books remain tight. Pages have aged to lt. cream in color and both are still VF overall. Rogers M.
