Lot of four published by Whitman. "The Phantom And Desert Justice" #1421 ©1941 and "The Phantom And The Sky Pirates" #1468 ©1945 both have some moderate corner tip wear and are Fine overall w/pages aged to lt. cream in color. "The Phantom And The Sign Of The Skull" #1474 ©1939 and "The Return Of The Phantom" #1489 ©1942 both have some scattered corner tip wear w/Skull BTLB having 3/8" surface paper split at bottom of spine on back. Skull pages have aged to cream in color. Return BTLB pages have aged to lt. cream in color. Both are VF overall. Rogers M. Fred, Jr. BLB & Related Collection.
