Item Description
Adult size medium Collegiate Pacific sweatshirt features cartoon image of Jay Ward, producer of such shows as Rocky & Bullwinkle, Dudley Do-Right and George of the Jungle among others. Ward wears a Sgt. Pepper-esque outfit w/large letter "J" on his hat as he flashes the peace sign. Birds, flowers and musical notes abound. "A Jay Ward Sweatshirt" text appears beside his image. From a 1971 series of Ward character items that also included t-shirts and watches. This is one of the rarest characters from that series as majority of consumers wanted one of the more well-known cartoon characters over this. Trace of aging but still very white for its age w/strong/bold silk-screened image. Rare and first we've offered.
