13.75x14" fabric pillow cover w/6-5/8" dia. iron-on transfer at center featuring image of medallion design of baby's face that wears Cooper's iconic eye make-up from the "wallet" LP cover design of Cooper's album "Billion Dollar Babies," which was released Feb. 25, 1973. The album became the best-selling Alice Cooper record at the time of its release, hitting number one on the album charts in both the US and the UK, and went on to be certified platinum by the RIAA. Pillow cover has metallic braid edging and zippered opening. Transfer has some minor wear but pillow cover is o/w Exc. Issued to record stores to help promote the album's release, this is a very limited issue item.
