Item Description
Sizes are 7/8" or a little smaller. The first two items are lapel studs. The first reads "If You Love Me Grin/High Admiral Cigarettes/Smokers Always Smile." Rare and NM displaying Mint. Second is stud by Thomas Jay Gleason with cello insert showing small label inscribed "Union-Made Cigars." Letters stand for Cigar Makers International Union Of America. Surface has numerous but light scratches and a small microscopic craze line but the piece still displays quite cleanly. Next four are buttons with the first showing workman with large hammer reading "Not Made By A Trust/High Admiral Cigarettes." Next is choice color showing woman in gypsy style garb advertising "Tarita Cigars." Next reads "Smoke Dowds Honest Ten." Last shows a banner reading "Lawrence's 103/5¢ Cigar." The first button is missing a back paper while the other three have a paper. All six items are circa 1896-1900. The buttons are all NM displaying Mint.
