Item Description
Cardboard back from a cereal box 7x9.75" with back designed as a comic book page with title "The King's Ring." The ring itself is in the original cardboard mailing box 1.75x2x3.5" long. One end has numerous vertical creases in the cardboard but the box retains its shape. The ring is 1.5" in diameter and 1.5" tall made of red plastic with 13/16" circular area on the top where the hologram image appears. Also included is 3x4" folder which opens into four panels totaling 12" long. Printed on both sides, folder explains the principle of a hologram. One folder panel includes "Quaker" logo and text "King Vitaman Knows You Will Take Care Of Your Ring, And Yourself! Make Sure You Have A Good Breakfast Each Morning, A Bowl Of King Vitaman Cereal, Juice, Hot Toast With Butter And A Glass Of Milk." The ring displays a holographic image of the King's upper body with a crown on his head. The ring image displays properly in bright sunlight or using a flashlight. Top half of the ring opens to reveal a large interior secret compartment. The ring and folder are Mint. The box back has slightly uneven edges but is clean and Exc. A historic ring in the history of premium rings.
