Item Description
Rare 1.25" shows woman posing with hands folded beneath her chin and wearing a costume of the belly-dancing type. Button is c. 1900 but we can't find any historical information on her. A rare real photo button without dot pattern in very seldom seen coloration for an item of this type. Covered tin back with no maker's imprint. Couple tiny 1/8" scratches catch reflected light but piece displays totally clean and with full gloss. Only example we've seen.
