DC Comics. Batman uses gun in story. Gardner Fox and Jerry Siegel story. Fred Guardineer cover and art w/additional art by Sheldon Moldoff, Joe Shuster and Bob Kane. As for CGC restoration note, this includes "moderate tear sealing to cover, spine splits sealed". Off-white to white pages. Early Golden Age Batman appearance.
