Item Description
Lot of three tanks measuring between 3.75" and 5.25" long. Each comes in original illustrated cardboard box. Marx, 1930s-1950s. Two are same painted tin "Midget Climbing Fighting Tank" version w/rubber treads, just different paint jobs. One is silver w/black turret and hatch outline w/Marx logo while other is tan w/"U.S. Tank Co. No. 4" and "U.S. Army" text on sides. Smaller tank is "5" orange/blue/yellow "Turnover Tank" tin litho variety. Scattered wear/aging, w/more moderate aging to tin Midget Tank. All work and are Fine-VF overall. Boxes show general scattered wear w/scattered age spotting and some insect damage to surface paper. Midget Tank boxes are Fine overall. Turnover Tank box has 2" tear to side panel and shows heavy insect damage to surface. VG.
