Item Description
Three pieces ©1939. Waxed paper 1¢ wrapper is 5x.6.5". Notes contents as "Letters/Numerals/Jitters" w/examples of all shown along w/instructions for applying these small felt pieces on garments (Jitters being objects such as a heart, anchor, duck, etc.). Scattered creases as originally folded and some small scattered tears along fold lines. Clean and VG. Felt pc. is the letter "M" w/adhesive back. Unused and NM/Mint. Final item is 2.5x3" insert card. This also includes instructions along w/ad for Blony gum and a photo of teenage boy whose shirt is covered by a wide assortment of these felt pcs. Lt. corner tip wear. EX/NM. A scarce non-sports issue in general and the card is the only example we've seen in our 49 years.
