Item Description
Original 5.5x5.5x10.5" illustrated cardboard box contains complete set of eight 4.75" tall (tumblers were issued in three sizes) glass tumblers, featuring nice graphics of different characters on fronts w/names below and different Shmoo images on backs. ©1949 UFS. Box features graphics of Li'l Abner, Daisy Mae, Sadie Hawkins and Shmoos on one side w/character names on the other side. Box has moderate aging and some tears to top flap corners w/pieces off. VG/Fine. Glasses include Li'l Abner (red), Daisy Mae (pink), Lonesome Polecat (brown), Pappy Yokum (green), Unwashable Jones (blue), Mammy Yokum (lt. green), Sadie Hawkins and Marryin' Sam (lt. blue), Shmoos (orange). NM w/full gloss as packaged. Scarce as boxed.
