Item Description
Original display bag w/attached header card contains 10.5" tall cloth body hand puppet w/felt batsymbol and cape and very nicely painted vinyl head. Made in Germany for the German market, c. 1966. Puppet is clearly modeled after Adam West's depiction of the Caped Crusader and header card features classic image of West leaping as seen on famous "Life" magazine cover. This image was also featured on German posters for the 1966 "Batman" movie (see item #2136). Header card has some minor handling wear and is VF/Exc. Puppet remains NM as packaged. Rare and first we've offered in our 49 years.
