Item Description
Lot of three items measuring between 5-3/8x8-1/8" and 8-3/8x11". Mettoy Playthings catalog opens to 10.75x16.25" and features a variety of toys including rare "Batman Spin Target, Batman Trainer" punching bag and "Batskates" roller skates. Folded as issued w/some scattered handling wear and .5x2" area of staining at two corners. Foreign music folio for "Batman Theme" features photo of The Who on cover. Musik Ab Westin & Co. Some areas of staining at top of back page, but o/w VF. Scarce. Both items are from 1966. July 1974 IAM (Industrial Art Methods) publication features Batman and Robin on cover and features five-page article on DC Comics (then National Periodicals) and their printing process concerning comic books. Carmine Infantino is shown as are issues of "Swamp Thing, Plop!, Jonah Hex, Action Comics" and other titles. Scattered age spotting to cover w/pinch creases to spine. Fine/VF. Limited print run. Obscure DC-related piece.
