Item Description
Each is 1.25". First button has maker name Lucke Badge on the curl and promotes "Lord & Gage Surety Store." A common design but a rare imprint and the reverse has a fixed bar pin rather than a spring pin. This could be 1930s rather than 1940s. Exc. Next has very darkened back paper from St. Louis Badge. Couple of small grey marks on the reverse and the front has very slight traces of some pale grey tone on the white background. A rare design. Fine. Third has faint union bug stamp on back and promotes famous Philadelphia store "Strawbridge & Clothier Toy Store." A couple barely visible age dots on extreme edge. Last has Bastian Bros. back stamp. Front does not carry any text and may be a sample. Reverse has .5" cello split by the collet but barely noticeable and front has Mint gloss.
