Item Description
4.25" tall (6.25" to top of raised handle) tin litho w/8.5" generic tin litho shovel. Ohio Art, ©1939 WDP. Great wrap-around scene showing Donald Duck engaged in game of tug-of-war w/his Nephews. Pail is lightly aged and shows little wear aside from .5" hairline scratch by base. Pail is o/w glossy and VF. Doug & Pat Wengel Collection and this is the actual example shown in their book "Comic Character Metal Sand Toys."
