Whitman #1402, ©1937 Famous Artists Syndicate. Story and art by "The Gumps" comic strip creator Sidney Smith. BLB features alternating text pages and single panel pictures. Reprints March 31, 1935 to Jan. 5, 1936 daily strip. Pages are evenly aged to cream in color but BLB has never been fully opened. NM. Superior, high grade example. Rogers M.
