Item Description
5" tall (7.5" tall to top of raised handle) tin litho. Ohio Art, 1930s. Great wrap-around gardening scene featuring Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Pluto, Goofy, Horace Horsecollar and Clarabelle Cow. Pail shows obvious wear w/scattered dents which have resulted in pail being slightly misshapen. 1.25" dent at "Mickey's Garden" text at bottom. .75" spot of oxidation to interior bottom of pail. Good/VG. Doug & Pat Wengel Collection and this is the actual example shown in their book "Comic Character Metal Sand Toys."
