Item Description
3" tall (5" tall to top of raised handle) tin litho. Boating scene depicts Goofy piloting boat w/Daisy and Pluto w/Grandma Duck sitting on prow. Donald Duck knocks Uncle Scrooge and Nephews off boat as he waterskiis. Gladstone Gander can be seen floating in inner tube. Made in Mexico by Litolamina, S.A., 1950s. Pail shows scattered wear w/some bare metal showing at rim and handle has some bends and shows wear. Still displays Fine. Scarce. Doug & Pat Wengel Collection and this is the actual example shown in their book "Comic Character Metal Sand Toys."
