22x23". Bold graphics of eagles and flags at each corner w/ornate oval framed images of candidates at center. One each horizontal and vertical folds intersecting at center. Middle section is faded about 40%. Otherwise only a few scattered dots of toning most noticeable at the lower left. VG displaying Fine. Don & Mildred Wright Collection.
