Item Description
3.25" dia. w/young portrait on lustrous background. Lid has scattered wear most notable are: a few dots of surface loss on rim between 2 and 8 o'clock; a series of four less than 1/8" vertical digs on Harrison's nose and left cheek; a 1/16x1/8" spot of luster loss in the field next to the right ear and series of tiny indentations about 1" total that extend from the rim at 10 o'clock to Harrison's left eye. Still displays extremely well. Likely made for his 1841 inauguration. Unlisted in Hake. Rare. Don & Mildred Wright Collection.
