9.25" square x 2" tall box w/8.75" tall die cut display. Display has image of a birthday cake and text "Happy Birthday Ike." Box reads "You Have Asked That The Coming Election Be 'The Decision Of America, Not The Decision Of A Minority/Therefore, I Pledge To Vote, And To Do All I Can Between Now And Election Day To Encourage My Friends And Neighbors To Vote" above an area cut out of center where a person can sign their name to a roll of paper. Vertical separation at right front seam and minor toning most notable along front top edge. Mechanism is working to roll paper and the display back has never been folded for use. Extremely Fine. First we've seen in our 49 years. Julie Powell Collection.
