Item Description
Set of six, each is on a gold luster plastic base, tops have different flicker/flasher insert. 1960s. Each ring includes "Superman" name w/pair of alternating views including close-up portrait/flying, standing bound w/chain/breaking chain, standing by anvil/smashing anvil, in flight/landing, hands-on-hips/leaping into the air, as Clark Kent/Superman. One ring shows some trivial luster wear, but o/w rest retain near full luster and are NM. Rings come w/2.75x4.5" glossy paper for vending machine to advertise these rings. Features classic early full figure Superman image w/"Get Your Official Superman Action Ring Here" text. Scattered handling wear/aging. Fine overall. Single rings are scarce and are rarely offered as a complete set w/vending paper. First we've offered as such. Franco Toscanini Collection.
