Item Description
6.5" tall celluloid with wheeled tin base. 1950s. Original plain cardboard box has ink stamp text "Wind-Up Chick Orgol/Made In Japan." Edge creases to box, VF. Colorful toy has chick figure on front of base, domed cylinder has a wrap-around scene of animals walking and holding lanterns, elephant holds flag and cat plays saxophone. Has removable parasol attachment. Works and as it travels in a circle the parasol rapidly spins and musical notes are produced. N. Mint.
