Item Description
10.25" w/"Clarence A. Hart & Co. Maker Of Badges" sticker on reverse. Similar in design to item #46 in Auction 217 that realized $936.10. Ribbon is one long piece of silk that is folded to produce two layers. Top layer features a framed oval portrait on thin paper that is applied under a raised corded frame w/text at top. The second layer has attached fringe and text "Club Philadelphia." Brass hanger features a large keystone symbol w/fine details of leaves and a notched border that are hand engraved. Trivial light creasing on paper photo and a pin hole in the silk at top right next to the "N" in "Union." Otherwise only minor soiling at the edges of text. VF. Unlisted and outstanding.
