9" tall toy by Masudaya, Japan. Moderate box wear/aging with clear tape strips on side panels of box as well as a 2" surface paper pull. Lid image remains nice. Box Fine. Toy is tin litho with vinyl boy's head and plastic basket on back of hand car. Sides depict running greyhound images. Toy works with bump-and-go action and ringing bell. Old store stock, N. Mint.
