Item Description
13.5" tall hollow painted plaster statue. c. 1940. Statue has been nicely painted and has dark sparkle accents to hatband and jacket lapels. Hat brim and top of hat shows some lt. wear, but still bright, clean and Exc. overall. Very rare and first we've seen in our 49 years. Eric Renner Collection.
