Item Description
6" tall painted composition featuring Donald Duck w/nautical motif featuring boat's prow, life preserver and rope coils. His head is a separate piece and as such can be moved. Donald's jacket features unusual pink color variety. Crown Toy Mfg. Co. Inc. ©1938. Has metal trap but missing generic key. Metal underside has moderate oxidation. Moderate all over dust soiling/aging. Tiny crazing to bill and ship prow, but does not exhibit the normal crazing prevalent on these composition banks. Paint remains bright and clean and bank displays Fine. Rare color variety, the first we've offered in our 49 years.
