Figural celluloid pair made in Japan, 1930s. 2.5" tall tape measure. 1930s. Tape pulls out from back of base and is working. Trunk is stationary. Rare. 2-5/8" tall figural pencil sharpener w/metal sharpener unit inside of base. Trunk moves. Both pieces have lt. even aging to celluloid but are Exc. overall. Scarce. Charming depictions of Elmer Elephant.
