Item Description
Original cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains three-piece tin litho toy set made in Japan by Haji/Mansei Toys Co. 1950s. Box is complete w/original cardboard inserts and packing paper. Lid is evenly aged and shows scattered edge/corner tip wear. Professional glue repair at one corner, displays Fine/VF. Set consists of 8" long painted tin/tin litho 1959 Ford Fairlane w/plated bumpers and working friction action. Attached "Ford" emblem on hood. 7" long painted tin boat trailer w/rubber tires holds 8.5" long tin litho "Speed" boat w/attached "Speedo" outboard. Boat has detailed interior and outboard's prop is operated by crank style friction mounted inside boat. Works well. All three pieces appear unused and are NM, old store stock.
