Item Description
Adjustable brass base with character name on the side bands all flanked by lightning bolt designs. A silver luster plate holds a ring top of glow-in-dark rectangular plastic. Top of this has silver reflective disk with the words "Rescue Ring" above and below. Ring top slides off and interior compartment holds a miniature brass whistle. Whistle has near full luster, unlike most examples which display a good deal of tarnish. Plastic still glows nicely in the dark. An outstanding example NM displaying Mint.
