Item Description
Original 10.25x14.75x3.5" deep cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains complete and unused Renwal Products Company set No. 460. 1970. Box has some scattered wear/dust soiling w/e lid creases along edges and at corners. Fine. Comes w/eight-page instruction folder for this interesting toy that includes factory-colored plastic pieces still factory-sealed in original plastic bags. "Accessory Kit/Assembly Project" contains motor, pump, lights and smoke generator. When assembled and activated, house generates real smoke and simulated flames and hose squirts water. Mint as packaged.
