5.75" tall matching bisque to #1645, this is "S38." 1930s, Japan. Missing string tail. Light aging to white areas of bisque, just tiniest traces of paint wear. Totally bright and clean, color remains strong. Exc. Rare. From the Gary Selmonsky Collection.
