Item Description
Lot of four different nodders, ranging in height from 2" to 2-3/8" tall and 3" long. Made in Germany by Hertwig, 1920s. From "Toots And Casper" comic strip by Jimmy Murphy that began in 1918. All have character names and "Germany" incised on back/underside, three of which have incised King Features Syndicate copyright. All are complete w/single curl of separate hair. Two sit upright and are complete w/original fabric flowers in hand while other two are in crawling pose. Tight elastic. Exc.
