Item Description
Complete set of eight hollow plaster statues; Snow White is 15.25" tall while Dwarfs range from 8" to 9.75" tall. Unlicensed but nice likenesses and all have names incised (Snow White, Sneezy and Dopey on chest, rest on hats). c. 1938. Doc has had repair at ankles and Sneezy has had repair at neck and professional restoration to base/legs. Snow White has tiny paint flake to tip of nose and back has some scattered rubs/paint flakes and has even aging. VF overall. Dopey has .25x3/8" paint flake to hat brim and tiny flakes to cheek and back of hat. VG/Fine. Sleepy has some scattered tiny paint flakes to hat. Fine. Rest shows just lt. general wear and are VF-Exc. overall. Each statue is rare on its own, let alone as a complete set as offered here. Eric Renner Collection and the example shown on page 158 of his book "American Disguise."
