8.25x14" cardboard with wood handle. Choice color scene on the front is picnic attended by Three Little Pigs and Big Bad Wolf, Tortoise and Hare, Elmer, Donald Duck. Fan back is in bw with different scene featuring the same characters. Back has issuer imprint at top. Front has scattered tiny surface paper nicks barely noticeable, reverse has light trace of tanning. VF.
