24x28" metal frame w/plexiglass holds 20x23" card stock sheet featuring four full designs for the 2¢ 120 count display boxes for this unusual 1966 issue. © Ivan Tors Films, Inc. ACC# R710-28. Set is comprised 10 different small cellophane fish that "Move" via heat when placed in the palm of your hand. Box art includes image of a fish in action w/text "Put It In Your Hand And Watch It Flip." Attached to mat at bottom is official "Topps Vault" metal plaque that includes set title and "Display Box Proof 1 of 1." Sheet has very minor handling wear, tiny nick on top margin but as framed displays NM. Unique. The New England Non-Sports Card Collection.
