Item Description
Issued by the French Communist Party in 1954 w/art by Louis Mitelberg. The poster is dominated by a menacing image of Ike whose teeth are electric chairs. Text loosely translates to "Execute Two Innocents And The Killers Will Be Cursed Forever". On an old linen backing. Minor overall wear w/light brown stain at lower left and scattered tiny edge tears. Fine. Rare. The most powerful artifact we've encountered relating to the Rosenberg case in our 49 years and only the second known to us. Ted Watts Collection.
