Item Description
Pair of 3" tall by 5.5" long tin litho sprinkling cans. Ohio Art, 1930s. These are the smallest size sprinkling cans Ohio Art made. Mickey Mouse can features two different images of Mickey Mouse walking w/Minnie Mouse. Both depict Minnie walking w/umbrella (image is reversed from side to side), one features Mickey carrying basket while the other does not. Bottom interior features litho panel used in production of the Ohio Arts 1938 Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs 8" tall sand pail; Happy and a small portion of Dopey are clearly visible. Small spot of oxidation by inside of spout. Top of can has some spots of oxidation and rest of can shows just scattered wear. Fine. Donald Duck can features wraparound design featuring two images of Donald; one w/him walking toward brick and the other of him tripping over brick and looking back in anger. Interior shows moderate aging/wear w/some scattered surface oxidation. Rim and handle edges have scattered wear w/some small spots of bare metal showing. Shallow .25" dent on one side. VG/Fine.
