4.25" tall (6-3/8" to top of raised handle) tin litho. Ohio Art, ©1938 WDE. Great wraparound scene showing Donald Duck hefting anchor that is wrapped around his leg and Goofy and Minnie Mouse enjoy sailboat powered by Mickey Mouse using bellows to fill sail w/air. Scattered trace wear but bright, glossy and Exc. overall. Doug & Pat Wengel Collection and this is the actual example shown in their book "Comic Character Metal Sand Toys."
