7" tall ceramic ©1964. Depicts her holding spoon and bottle, text on apron reads "Mary Poppins Medicine Spoons/Just A Spoonful of Sugar Helps The Medicine Go Down." Below this is foil sticker reading "This Item Is Musical." An umbrella and carpetbag are depicted at her feet. Each side has recessed area for holding pair of ceramic spoons, one marked "1 Teaspoon" and the other "1 Tablespoon." Has foil cardboard string tag. Works and plays "A Spoonful Of Sugar." Exc. Great design. First we've seen.
