Item Description
All from the early 1900s with the first five at 7/8" and the larger at 1.25". Group begins with rarity for "Arnold's Indian Remedies/Seattle." No back paper but known to have been issued by Bastian between 1907-1920. Next for "Lane's Pills Are Best For The Liver" has Bastian paper from same time period. Third is earliest version of "Gold Dust Washing Powder" from 1896. Next are pair of c. 1908 "Buster Brown Blue Ribbon Shoes" buttons. Last is superb color button picturing the "Domestic" brand from the "Vacuum Sweeper Company" in Peoria, Ill. This has W&H paper used 1900-1901. All five are NM displaying Mint. A very nice group of early classic ad buttons.
