Item Description
2-1/8" with metal back and bar pin. Made for the South Philadelphia High School class June '43. Bottom edge in tiny text includes both the character name and name "S. Singer" the school artist. When the previous lot button for Li'l Abner was issued in 1940 only two different school  known buttons exist for that graduation year but by the time Daisy Mae made her appearance in 1943 four additional schools also produced a button.
