3" with curl naming maker Phila. Badge. Metal back has been mounted so that the pin runs vertically up and down the right side rather than horizontally top center left to right. Button is otherwise in NM condition displaying Mint. Popeye holds a book under one arm and holds up a "60" sign. Only the second we've seen.
