Item Description
7.5x8x3" deep cardboard container w/7.75x13.75" tall die-cut header display contains five 6.25x7.75" blister cards that contain hard plastic "Secret Agent" gun that opens to reveal storage area for putty. Cards also contain "The Man From U.N.C.L.E. Secret Book" w/glossy color cover and 12 bw pages. These books feature a number of "Friendly And Enemy Agents" illustrations along w/weapons and putty was used to lift these images to then transfer them to sheets of paper. Colorforms, ©1965 MGM. Four cards remain unpunched w/scattered corner tip/margin wear to cards, but all blisters remain sealed. One card shows obvious wear and is VG while others are Fine/VF. Contents remain unused and NM. Sides of display box features "Friendly And Enemy Agents" illustrations in books. Die-cut header features photos of Napoleon Solo and Illya Kuryakin and notes purchase price of $1. Tip of Solo's pistol has been reattached w/cardboard reinforcement added on reverse. Displays Fine. Display is very rare and this is the first example we've offered in our 49 years.
