13-3/8x17-1/8" original mount. Lincoln is pictured at 6 o'clock and Vice President Hannibal Hamlin at 12 o'clock. The other 157 portraits are all the members of Congress who voted for the 13th amendment abolishing slavery. These were produced in a variety of sizes, this is the largest w/an actual image area of 7x8.25". Some trivial dots of toning on mount. Photo is sharp and pristine Choice NM displaying Mint.
