Item Description
Original cardboard mailer contains ring w/adjustable brass base featuring Quaker logo on one side and cereal grains shooting from cannon on the other. This is aluminum barrel variety (also issued w/brass barrel). Barrel is attached to top of ring w/metal frame w/plastic segment surrounding barrel. Cannon has spring-loaded plunger which when pulled, serves to shoot objects dropped into the barrel. 1951. Mailer has partial address label, missing most of typed recipient address. Scattered aging/wear w/some creases to side panels. VG. Double-sided 8.25x10.75" instruction sheet has order blank for additional cannon ring. Sheet shows obvious wear and aging but is complete. Good/VG. Ring is NM w/full luster and is as nice as they come. Rare w/mailer and instructions.
